HTC Mondrian to have a 1.3GHz processor, run WP7?

A little while ago CPUs in mobile technology reached 1Ghz but HTC is already looking forward. The news is that on a new device called the HTC Mondrian will presumably be powered by 1.3GHz Snapdragon processor.

Other then this The leaked news is that the CPU is a Snapdragon clocked at 1.3GHz and with support for both GSM and CDMA 3G - HSDPA and EV-DO. HTC Mondrian, the screen size is 4.3" with WVGA resolution. Qualcomm Wi-Fi adapter, an FM radio and a digital compass were the other few things. The phone will come with a windows phone 7 OS and a the image on the right is what it MAY seems to be look like, If not them might be similar. User can expect a big Touch screen.

HTC takes on Apple, Wants iPhone out of USA

Today HTC goes against Apple with the United States International Trade Commission. HTC saying that, Apple has infringed five HTC patents and its law department insists to halt the importation and sales of the iPhone, iPod and iPad in the USA.

HTC corporation president Jason Mackenzie believes that industry should be driven by healthy competition and innovation that offer consumers the best, most accessible mobile experiences possible.

Furthermore he added "We are taking this action against Apple to protect our intellectual property, our industry partners, and most importantly our customers that use HTC phones."

So far it’s just a Complaint against apple, there hasn’t been any lawsuit filed against it but you never know, the patent thingy of Apple might just become a Weakness from being a Strength for apple.
