HTC takes on Apple, Wants iPhone out of USA

Today HTC goes against Apple with the United States International Trade Commission. HTC saying that, Apple has infringed five HTC patents and its law department insists to halt the importation and sales of the iPhone, iPod and iPad in the USA.

HTC corporation president Jason Mackenzie believes that industry should be driven by healthy competition and innovation that offer consumers the best, most accessible mobile experiences possible.

Furthermore he added "We are taking this action against Apple to protect our intellectual property, our industry partners, and most importantly our customers that use HTC phones."

So far it’s just a Complaint against apple, there hasn’t been any lawsuit filed against it but you never know, the patent thingy of Apple might just become a Weakness from being a Strength for apple.
